What a person chooses to do for his sexual preference is their choice.(It doesn't matter to me). I am a straight guy and I have three kids to prove it! I really think that it is very disrepectful to call a person a F*GG*T! Who are we to judge.I feel that it is much more polite to call that kind of person... A "funny guy".
In the CAB business, the way I call it.... is a Funny Guy comes from a Funny bar. Very respectful. Insults no one. To each his own. It is what it is... The funny thing is...when you put two and two together. It's another day!
Late one night I got hailed down by a couple of guys in front of a 'funny' bar, downtown Austin, 4th street area. They got in my cab(drunk), and wanted to go to Katz's deli, (a 24 hour, late night food joint. REALLY GOOD!) the place was only 7 or 8 blocks from where I picked up at. Doesn't matter, a fares....a fare! What I always noticed to be funny about these funny guys.....they are very 'FLIRT-A-TIOUS' when they are drunk.(girls and guys). On the way, during the glorious three minute ride. They asked me if they could mess around with each other. (they were trying my patience, a test). I told them not to make a mess and do it quietly. The guys were wowwed. A joke from a Cabbie that doesn't hate 'gays'. One guy quickly asked me if I was gay? I said, HELLL YAAAA!. They said REALLY?. These guys were speechless. I then said that I was a LESBIAN! They laughed and said you go with your crazy Cab self. We arrived at Katz's. It was about $3 bucks on the meter. The guy hands me a TWENTY dollar bill and said thanks for the wonderful ride. They walk away. I drive back downtown.
